Abstract:

A feeding apparatus (100) used for delivering material, the feeding apparatus (100) comprising a material rack (20), a screw rod (30), a material loading mechanism (50), a ratchet mechanism (60), and a drive cylinder (80), the screw rod (30) being rotatably arranged on the material rack (20), the loading mechanism (50) being movably sleeved over the screw rod (30) and being arranged inside the material rack (20), the ratchet mechanism (60) being arranged on the material rack (20) and being connected to one end of the screw rod (30), the loading mechanism (50) comprising a sleeve connector (52) being detachably sleeved over and screwed to the screw rod (30), the drive cylinder (80) being able to drive the ratchet mechanism (60) to rotate a certain distance to drive the screw rod (30) to rotate a corresponding distance and thereby make the sleeve connector (52) move a certain distance along the direction of length of the screw rod (30), facilitating the delivery of material by the feeding apparatus (100); the feeding apparatus (100) has a simple structure and low manufacturing costs, and is safe and reliable due to being driven by the cylinder.
