Abstract:
Provided are a feeding cell expressing a recombinant antigen protein, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The feeding cell expresses the recombinant antigen protein that can be recognized by effector cells on the surface, thereby activating the effector cells. The feeding cell is an immune cell expressing the recombinant antigen protein. The present invention solves the problem of poor response of effector cells at a low level of target tumor cells by providing a feeding cell expressing the recombinant antigen protein, such that the effector cells can still exert excellent anti-tumor activity at a low level of target tumor cells. The strategy is the first cell product application strategy of the kind that has yet been applied in clinical practice, and is also the first preventive strategy proposed.
