A counting apparatus, having a weighing function capable of accurately feeding a predetermined number of objects to be counted such as tablets, comprises a hopper (3) that stores objects to be counted (2) composed of grains such as tablets; at least one weighing feed cylinder (4) that is connected to a discharge portion (3a) of the hopper and that feeds the objects to be counted while rotating; a rotating means (5) that rotates the weighing feed cylinder; a receiving member (6) that receives the objects to be counted discharged from the weighing feed cylinder; a weighing device (7) that weighs the objects to be counted; an openable cover (8) disposed at a discharge port (6a) of the receiving member; an operating means (9) that opens and closes the openable cover; at least one counting feed cylinder (24) that is connected to the discharge portion of the hopper and that feeds the objects to be counted; a counting sensor (16) that counts the objects to be counted discharged from the counting feed cylinder; and a cylindrical and rotatable counting adaptor (24c) that is disposed at a discharge end (24d) of the counting feed cylinder and that has grooves (24ca) each storing one of the objects to be counted.
