Abstract:
The present invention relates to a feeding system, including a loading apparatus, an unloading apparatus, a sheet picking apparatus, and a flatness adjusting apparatus; the loading apparatus comprises a loading platform; the unloading apparatus comprises a unloading platform disposed at one side of the loading platform; the sheet picking apparatus comprises a suction cup; the flatness adjusting apparatus is used to cause a sheet-shaped material to be vacuum-suctioned onto the loading platform in a flat state; the loading platform is used for loading the vacuum-suctioned sheet-shaped material at a loading station, and is used for transferring from the loading station to a sheet picking station; and the suction cup is used to vacuum-suction the sheet-shaped material onto the loading platform at the sheet picking station, and is used to transfer the sheet-shaped material from the sheet picking station to the unloading station, so as to release the sheet-shaped material onto the unloading platform. The present invention implements automatic feeding and transfer of sheet-shaped material, and the shape of the sheet-shaped material is limited by the flatness adjusting device during loading process, which ensures the flatness and accuracy of feeding of the sheet-shaped material, and provides a guarantee for subsequent product processing.
