Abstract:
This feeling score calculating system includes a processor and a memory. The memory retains relationship information which indicates the relationship between a feeling score of a user and a feature amount indicating fluctuation of an operation time interval of a user terminal. The processor obtains an operation history of a first user terminal. The processor calculates, from the operation history, a value of the feature amount which indicates the fluctuation of the operation time interval of the first user terminal. The processor determines and outputs a user feeling score of the first user terminal on the basis of the value of the feature amount and the relationship information.
