Abstract:
The present utility model relates to an innovative design of a female part of a quick hydraulic coupling. The female coupling part (40) comprises a body formed by a threaded holder (41), an intermediate sleeve (42) and an outer sleeve (43), wherein a connector (44) for the male coupling part and a valve (45) that prevents oil leaks when the coupling is engaged and disengaged are mounted inside the body of the female part. The threaded holder (41) is provided with a pressure relief aperture (46) that extends in the longitudinal direction in order to put the air chamber (47) arranged at the bottom of the inner cylindrical seat (48) in communication with a shallow peripheral groove (49) machined in the thick wall portion of the threaded holder (41). A sealing ring (50) that seals the aperture (46) is entirely embedded into the shallow groove (49), preventing particulate material from entering the female coupling part (40). The sealing ring (50) has a circular cross-section.
