Abstract:
A femtosecond laser multi-modal molecular imaging system. A near-infrared waveband generation apparatus (1011) is used to provide a near-infrared waveband pulse, the central wavelength of same being 1010 nm to 1100 nm and the spectral width of same being less than 25 nm, wherein the near-infrared waveband pulse can excite an optical medium (1012) with a strong nonlinearity to generate a femtosecond laser pulse with an ultrawide optical spectrum, and a pulse measurement and compression control module (102) measures and compensates for chromatic dispersion accumulated by the femtosecond laser pulse reaching a tissue sample, so as to eliminate a time-domain widening effect to the maximum possible extent, and an obtained shortest pulse can act with the tissue sample to generate various optical spectrum signals of different modalities, so as to provide various nonlinear molecular imaging modalities.
