Abstract:
Disclosed is a fender picking-up jig for universal use, comprising a fixing frame formed of two transverse beams (1) and two longitudinal beams (2). A plurality of picking-up suction discs (5), capable of adjusting positions along the transverse beam (1), are arranged on a lower end face of each of the transverse beams (1). Two auxiliary beams (3) are arranged between the two longitudinal beams (2). An L-shaped mounting block (7), an auxiliary motor (8) and auxiliary suction discs (9) are mounted on a lower side face of each of the two ends of each of the auxiliary beams (3). The centre lines of the auxiliary suction discs (9) are perpendicular to the centre lines of the picking-up suction discs (5). A plurality of picking-up suction discs (5) located on the same transverse beam (1) and two auxiliary suction discs (9) adjacent to the picking-up suction discs (5) form a fender picking-up unit. The positions of the picking-up suction discs (5) on the transverse beams (1) are adjusted by an operator, such that the picking-up suction discs can be matched with fenders of different sizes and lengths; therefore, the duration of switching picking-up jigs is saved on, and the usage efficiency of an injection moulding machine is improved. When the picking-up jig turns, the auxiliary suction discs (9) support the fender in an auxiliary manner to support the centre of gravity of a fender product in different directions during turning, such that the suction of the suction discs (5) is more reliable and firmer.
