Abstract:
A fending groyne for protecting important riverside facilities or areas is comprised of a pillar assembly, a connecting beam (04), a reinforcement bar (05), a baffle (06), a power device (07), a base (08) and a deck (09).The pillar assembly includes several convex pillars (01), square pillars (02) and conical pillars (03). A protrusion (10) is at the front end of the convex pillars (01), and a set of baffles (06) are hoisted between the two protrusions (10). Each baffle (06) is formed by several folding plates (11) hinged by the hinge assembly (13). The power device (07) is located where every two folding plates (11) are connected.The conical pillar (03) is located at the center of the fending groyne.
