Abstract:
The present invention discloses a fermentation control system and a fermentation control method thereof to control the fermentation process precisely and timely. The fermentation control system comprises an online measuring device for online measuring the fermentation juice and acquiring the nutrient concentration and the biomass concentration in the fermentation juice; a fermentation characteristic quantity (FCQ) calculator (103,203)for calculating the current FCQ based on the nutrient concentration and the biomass concentration; a memory (106,206)for storing the reference FCQ; a comparator(104,204) for comparing the current FCQ and the reference FCQ, and acquiring the difference between the current FCQ and the reference FCQ; a controller(105,205) for controlling the nutrient feeding rate to minimize the difference between the current FCQ and the reference FCQ.
