Abstract:
Disclosed are a fermentation device and a fermentation method for an organic matter. The device comprises a first fermentation tank, a delivery system, and a semipermeable region connected in sequence. The delivery system is used for delivering a material in the first fermentation tank to the semipermeable region; the semipermeable region is provided with a material having an aperture, has an aperture size of 200 μm-5 mm, and is used for separating the material in the first fermentation tank; the semipermeable region is further provided with a loop connected to the first fermentation tank; the loop is used for delivering the separated material having a high solid content to the first fermentation tank. The fermentation device in the present invention can effectively control the solid content in the fermentation device for the organic matter, thereby creating an optimal condition for reproduction of anaerobic bacteria; the fermentation time of the organic matter is short; the marsh gas yield is high; the instrument is simple to operate; the process is stable.
