Title:
FERMENTATION TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE PRODUCTION LEVEL OF RECOMBINANT HUMAN COLLAGEN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/014453
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a fermentation technique to improve the production level of a recombinant human collagen. First inoculating a sterilized fermentation culture medium with a Pichia yeast solution, then performing fermentation culturing for 14-18 hours before adding methanol to induce the expression, and adding sodium pyruvate into the culture medium, wherein the amount of the sodium pyruvate added is 0.01-10 g/L.
