The present invention relates to a fermented liquor manufacturing apparatus and method, and, more particularly, to a fermented beverage manufacturing apparatus and method, which enable homemade fermented beverages to be manufactured without technical knowledge or brewing equipment. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a fermented beverage manufacturing apparatus comprising: a cabinet having a chamber therein so that a keg for storing fermented beverages is accommodated therein; a main door for opening/closing the chamber; a main door hinge provided between the cabinet and the main door so as to rotatably support the main door at the cabinet; a dispenser, which is provided at the front of the main door and extracts, to the outside, the fermented beverage accommodated in the chamber; a fermented beverage flow path, which passes through the main door from the cabinet so as to be connected to the dispenser; and flow path links, which are provided between the cabinet and the main door so as to be spaced from the main door hinge, and link the relative movement of the main door and the cabinet with the movement of the fermented beverage flow path.
