Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fermented food storage container capable of preventing main body damage, caused by gas, and the leakage of fermented food, and the container comprises: the main body for accommodating fermented food in an inner space; a cover for preventing the opening of the inside of the main body; and a sealing sheet for maintaining airtightness between the main body and the cover, wherein the cover includes: a plurality of gas flow grooves extended from the center of the bottom surface thereof to the inner peripheral surface thereof; and a plurality of gas discharge grooves extended from the upper end of the inner peripheral surface thereof to the lower end thereof, and the sealing sheet includes a through-hole by which the inside and outside of the main body communicate.
