Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an ordinary food which can be ingested easily and can ameliorate a feeling of fatigue, including a feeling of fatigue which becomes conscious in summer season, e.g., summer weariness. It is found that, when fermented milk prepared using a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the genus Lactobacillus is ingested, a feeling of fatigue, including whole body tiredness, whole body fatigue, subjective stress, daytime sleepiness and irritability, can be ameliorated significantly.
