Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide fermented extracts that are useful as a starting material for cosmetics, medicines, foods, drinks, etc. A fermented soymilk extract or a fermented hypocotyl extract which contains isoflavone aglycones and polyamines and has one or more anti-aging effects such as epidermal keratinocyte-activating effect, dermal fibroblast-activating effect, antioxidative effect and antidiastatic effect, said fermented extract being obtained by a method which comprises a step for fermenting soymilk or soybean hypocotyl using a lactic acid bacterium, a step for mixing the thus obtained fermentation product with an organic solvent, and a step for removing solid matters therefrom.
