Abstract:
Provided are a ferrite porcelain production method, a ferrite porcelain, and a coil part. When an Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite porcelain is produced, Fe2O3, NiO, and ZnO, as well as 5 mol% or less (including 0 mol%), preferably 1.75 mol% or less, of CuO, are mixed to prepare ferrite powder, the ferrite powder is molded, and the product is baked in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 0.1 vol% or less to produce a ferrite porcelain. A core member (3) is then formed from this ferrite porcelain. It is thereby possible to realize a ferrite porcelain production method, a ferrite porcelain, and a coil part with which sintering performance and insulation performance are good and direct-current superimposed properties are good, even when baking is performed at a low temperature of 1,000ºC or less.
