Abstract:
Disclosed are a ferroelectric memory and a control apparatus therefor, a method for improving the durability of the ferroelectric memory, and a device. The control apparatus for the ferroelectric memory comprises a signal control unit (90); the signal control unit (90) is coupled to a storage controller (20), an alternating current signal generator (80), and a plate line coupled to a ferroelectric storage unit; the plate line is connected to one end of a ferroelectric capacitor in the ferroelectric storage unit; the signal control unit (90) is used for switching a signal inputted into the plate line to be a first alternating current signal generated by the alternating current signal generator (80) or a read-write pulse signal outputted by the storage controller (20), so as to repair the ferroelectric capacitor by means of the first alternating current signal when reading and writing are not needed; or, the signal control unit (90) is used for superimposing a second alternating current signal generated by the alternating current signal generator (80) and the read-write pulse signal, and inputting the superimposed signal into the plate line, so as to assist in reading or writing data by means of the second alternating current signal, thereby reducing the working voltage required for ferroelectric polarization flipping, reducing ferroelectric capacitor damage caused by an electric field, and improving the durability of the device.
