Abstract:
[Solution] A ferrule with an optical fiber according to the present disclosure is provided with: a fiber hole into which an optical fiber has been inserted; and an adhesive filling section that includes the opening plane of the fiber hole and an opposed surface that opposes the opening plane. The optical fiber is fixed in the fiber hole with a first adhesive. In a state in which an end surface of the optical fiber is brought close to the opposed surface, a second adhesive that is softer than the first adhesive is filled in the adhesive filling section.
