Abstract:
An FFC structure and a manufacturing method therefor. The FFC structure comprises a wire body (100); an end portion of the wire body (100) is provided with a first golden finger (110) and a second golden finger (120) disposed opposite to the first golden finger (110); a contact transmission signal of the first golden finger (110) is consistent with that of the second golden finger (120). According to the FFC structure and the manufacturing method therefor, the end portion of the wire body (100) is provided with the first golden finger (110) and the second golden finger (120), and the contact transmission signal of the first golden finger (110) is set to be consistent with that of the second golden finger (120); when the FFC structure is used, the end portion of the FFC structure can realize double-sided contact and realize the effect of consistent transmission signals. Compared with the structure of a traditional FFC, of which the end portion is provided with a golden finger at one surface and a reinforced plate surface at the other surface, when the FFC structure is used, whether the reinforced plate surface or golden finger surface contacts with a PCBA or the like does not need to be considered, thereby realizing an effective foolproof effect. The FFC structure is especially suitable for complex wiring design, and design errors are not easily caused.
