Abstract:
Provided is a fiber for artificial hair in which reclaimed collagen yarns having different cross-sections are mix-textured together to thereby control the gloss and give a good appearance. Also provided is an artificial hair product using the same. A fiber for artificial hair in which yarns having different cross-sectional shapes are mix-textured together, wherein the fiber for artificial hair contains reclaimed collagen yarns and the reclaimed collagen yarns comprise at least two kinds of reclaimed collagen yarns having cross-sectional shapes selected from the group consisting of elliptical, circular and multifoil shapes. An artificial hair product which comprises the aforesaid fiber for artificial hair.
