Abstract:

A fiber coating device for tires that coats tire inner surfaces with fibers, and is characterized by comprising: a tire support means that supports a tire; a fiber supply means including a fiber jetting outlet and that sprays fibers on to the inner surface of a tire supported by the tire support means, from the fiber jetting outlet; and a fiber charging means that charges fibers sprayed from the fiber jetting outlet. The fiber coating device is also characterized by being configured so as to be capable of arranging the fiber charging means and the fiber jetting outlet for the fiber supply means in a space surrounded by the inner surface of the tire and a pair of virtual circular surfaces having the inner peripheral edge of the bead section of the tire as the peripheral edge thereof, when a tire is supported by the tire support means.
