Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of booms of mechanical devices. Disclosed are a fiber composite beam structure and a manufacturing method therefor, a boom section, a boom, and a mechanical device. The manufacturing method for a fiber composite beam structure comprises: step 1, laying a first fiber composite material on a first mandrel in which a bevel is formed at an end portion, to form a first fiber composite material layer, the bevel smoothly extending from one lateral end of the first mandrel to the other lateral end of the first mandrel, and the first fiber composite material layer comprising a bevel portion corresponding to the bevel and a non-bevel portion that does not correspond to the bevel; and step 2, coaxially butting a second mandrel at the end portion, at which the bevel is formed, of the first mandrel, and laying a second fiber composite material on the surfaces of the butted first mandrel and second mandrel to form a second fiber composite material layer. The technical solution provided in the present invention facilitates improvement of a fatigue resistance life of a fiber composite material boom.
