Abstract:
The present invention suppresses increases in the power of Raman scattered light and reduces the likelihood that laser light oscillation will become unstable. According to the present invention, a fiber laser device (FL) is provided with a Raman filter (RF) that reflects a portion of Raman scattered light such that 10(2×g1×L1-am)/10+10(2×g1×L1+2×g2×L2-2×at-ar)/10<10(2×g1×L1-2×g2×L2-ar).
