Abstract:
A fiber mat comprises 50 to 100 (the weight ratio to a dried fiber mat, similarly hereinafter) glass fiber chopped strand, and one or more of other inorganic fibers except the glass giber chopped strand, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, artificial fibers and radiation proof materials. The ratios are that: the other inorganic fibers except the glass giber chopped strand account for 0.1 to 30, the natural fibers account for 0.1 to 30, the synthetic fibers account for 0.1 to 30, and the artificial fibers account for 0.1 to 30. Preparation is performed by using a needle point method, a hydroentanglement method, a thermal calendaring method, a wet forming acid method, a wet forming thickener method and a wet forming gel method. The preparation method for the fiber mat is provided. With the same manner being used, reduction of the heat conductivity coefficient of a vacuum heat-insulated plate using the fiber mat obtained through the present invention as a core material reaches 25% to 65%, achieving the desirable effect of heat preservation and heat insulation.
