Abstract:
A fiber optic cable rack comprises: a rack part whereon a plurality of termination units is arranged along the vertical direction; a fiber optic cable housing that has a back board and accommodates extra portions of a plurality of fiber optic cable bundles connected to each of the plurality of termination units; and a plurality of first segmentation units attached to the back board and vertically aligned in the fiber optic cable housing for segmenting the locations of the fiber optic cable bundles in the fiber optic cable housing. The first segmentation unit has a retainer for retaining a corresponding fiber optic cable bundle, where the lower a retainer is provided in the first segmentation unit, the further away the retainer is from the back board.
