Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides a fiber product which is capable of providing a user with a good cool touch feeling in cases where the fiber product is used for clothes, bedclothes, clothing accessories and the like, and which is able to be produced easily at a low cost. [Solution] According to the present invention, a yarn having a cruciform cross section is obtained by discharging and spinning a spinning raw material, which is obtained by melting and kneading a normal polyethylene terephthalate and a polyethylene terephthalate containing a silver ion-containing inorganic compound, through a hole that has an irregular shaped cross section, and subsequently stretching the spun yarn at a predetermined stretch ratio. Subsequently, blended fiber is obtained by blending the yarn having a cruciform cross section, a full-dull yarn of a polyethylene terephthalate, and a bright yarn of a polyethylene terephthalate. A polo shirt, which is formed of a knitted fabric having a double denbigh structure, is produced by warp knitting the blended fiber.
