Abstract:
Provided is a fiber-reinforced resin bolt which has a higher strength compared to conventional fiber-reinforced resin bolts. The fiber-reinforced resin bolt 1 is formed through: a winding step of winding a CFRP resin tape 14, which is formed in band shape by integrating a CFRP 12 with a thermosetting resin in such a way that the CFRP 12 is oriented in a longitudinal direction, so that the CFRP 12 is concentric about a winding axis, thereby forming a CFRP resin tape layer 10; and a curing step of curing the resin comprising the CFRP resin tape layer 10 by placing the CFRP resin tape layer 10 formed in the winding step in a mold 40 having a screw shape on an inner-radius wall surface thereof, pressing the mold 40 with the CFRP resin tape layer 10 placed therein from one side to the other in the direction of the winding axis, and heating the CFRP resin tape layer 10 using a heater 82.
