Title:
FIBER-REINFORCED-RESIN MASTERBATCH, RESIN COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIBER-REINFORCED-RESIN MASTERBATCH, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/224716
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This fiber-reinforced-resin masterbatch comprises (A) pulp fibers having a Canadian Standard freeness of 0-600 mL and a lignin content of 1-30 mass%, (B1) a thermoplastic resin modified with a hydrophilic functional group and having a melting point which is not higher than the melting point of a thermoplastic resin (M) to be used as a base material, (B2) a thermoplastic resin which has not been modified with any hydrophilic functional group and has a melting point which is not higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin (M) to be used as a base material, and (C) urea or a derivative thereof. The fiber-reinforced-resin masterbatch simultaneously satisfies relationships (a) and (b). Relationship (a): 0<(mass of B2)/[(mass of A)×\{100-(lignin amount)\}/100]≤(mass of B1)/[(mass of A)×\{100-(lignin amount)\}/100] Relationship (b): 0<(mass of B2)/[(mass of A)×\{100-(lignin amount)\}/100]≤(mass of C)/[(mass of A)×\{100-(lignin amount)\}/100]
