Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a fiber-reinforced resin screw 10, 20 formed using a resin composition wherein reinforcing fibers are included in a resin. The pitch P of the screw thread is 1.5-2 times the standard pitch corresponding to the outer diameter D of a screw thread defined in the standard for a metric coarse thread screw, a unified coarse thread screw, or a unified fine thread screw. The average fiber length of the reinforcing fibers is 1-1/3 times the pitch P, and the content ratio of the reinforcing fibers is 20-80%. Thus, it is possible to provide a fiber-reinforced resin screw having improved screw thread strength.
