Abstract:
The present invention provides a fibroin fiber, especially a fibroin nanofiber, which is insoluble in water without being subjected to an insolubilization process. The present invention furthermore provides a skin care sheet, a wound-covering material, a cell culture carrier, and a non-woven fabric formed by including the fibroin (nano)fiber. More specifically, the present invention provides a (nano)fiber formed by including fibroin and C2-8 polyhydric alcohol, as well as a skin care sheet, a wound-covering material, a regenerative medical material, and a non-woven fabric formed by including the (nano)fiber.
