A fiber strand conveying mechanism of a ring spinning frame. The fiber strand conveying mechanism comprises a roller pier (31) and a cradle (9) hinged to the roller pier (31), wherein a middle roller shaft (3) and a front roller shaft (1) are sequentially and movably provided on the roller pier (31) in a thread output direction; a middle roller rubber roller (4) and a front roller rubber roller (30) are sequentially and movably provided on the cradle (9) in the thread output direction; a lower pin (2) is arranged on the roller pier (31) between the middle roller shaft (3) and the front roller shaft (1); an arc-shaped face is arranged in the middle of an upper surface of the lower pin (2); an upper pin cover plate assembly is arranged above the lower pin (2); the upper pin cover plate assembly comprises an upper pin cover plate (6), an annular conveying belt (7), and a tensioning spring (8); the annular conveying belt (7) is sleeved on outer surfaces of the upper pin cover plate (6) and the middle roller rubber roller (4); and a self-locking mechanism is arranged between a head portion of the upper pin cover plate (6) close to the front roller rubber roller (30) and a head portion of the lower pin (2).
