Abstract:
According to the present invention, a fiber web including a broadleaf tree pulp is impregnated with a chemical liquid, and the chemical liquid contains a moisturizing component such as glycerin, water, an oil component such as a hydrocarbon, and a plant-based powder such as corn starch. A portion of pulp fibers at the surface of the fiber web is spontaneously napped by the plant-based powder penetrating into between pulp fibers of the fiber web in which hydrogen bonds are relaxed by the moisturizing component and the oil component. As a result, provided are: a fiber web product that has excellent texture characteristics such as smooth nap feeling, softness, and moist feeling, has less dust such as powder and pulp fibers, and has sufficient strength; and a production method for the fiber web product.
