Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a fibrin composition produced by a method that is an alternative for a platelet rich fibrin (PRF) production method which is triggered by the activation of a coagulation factor; and a base material for regenerative medicine, which comprises the fibrin composition; a method for producing a fibrin composition; and a kit for use in the method. According to the present invention, a fibrin composition is provided, which contains a block containing a protein containing repeated Arg-Gly-Asp sequences derived from human collagen, fibrin and platelet.
