Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention provide to fibulin 3 (also referred to as EGF-containing fibulin-like extracellular matrix protein 1 (EFEMPl)) polypeptide variants, and nucleotide sequences that code for them, characterized by having one or more activities of inhibiting cancer growth, inhibiting cancer cell invasion, and inhibiting cancer recurrence.
