Abstract:
The present invention relates to a field device (1) comprising a housing (3), a sensor (5) and an electronics unit (6) arranged in the housing (3), wherein the field device is provided with a radio module (9) that can be connected to and detached from the electronics unit (6) and with an operating element (11) for activating and deactivating the radio module (9). The operating element (11) is mechanically arranged such that the operating element (11) can only be actuated when the housing is open and the radio module has been detached, which deactivates the field device.
