Abstract:
A field emission tomosynthesis system according to the disclosed present invention comprises: a vacuum body unit having a space therein; source parts which are provided in a plurality inside the body unit, so as to respectively generate electrons, and emit a plurality of electrons; and anode parts which respectively face the plurality of source parts inside the body unit, respectively collide with the plurality of electrons and respectively generate a plurality of X-rays. The X-ray emission angle of each of the anode parts can independently be adjusted such that the plurality of generated X-rays are focused to an object positioned outside the body unit. According to such constituents, a plurality of X-rays are emitted in a focused manner to an object and thus the reliability of information of the object can be enhanced by synthesizing obtained information.
