Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to easily ascertain various conditions related to a field. A field water management device (1) is provided with: an actuator (10) for opening and closing a mechanism that, by opening and closing, either supplies supply water to the field or discharges waste water from the field; a solar panel (40) for generating power to operate the actuator (10); a housing (11) for housing the actuator; an observation camera (80) capable of capturing images of the field; and an output unit capable of outputting observation data of the images captured by the observation camera (80).
