Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a filament resin molded article with which it is possible to mold 3D models of various shapes by maintaining shape reliably during 3D molding of shape-memory resin and to improve the curing speed. [Solution] A filament resin molded article that includes a shape-memory resin and contains an inorganic filler. The inorganic filler is, for example, glass fibers or carbon fibers. The filament resin molded article is used in a fused deposition modeling 3D printer. A 3D molding molded using the filament resin molded article containing shape-memory resin is deformed at a temperature equal to or greater than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the shape-memory resin and less than the melting temperature or decomposition temperature of the shape-memory resin. The deformed shape is fixed by cooling to or below the glass transition temperature in a state in which that shape is retained. The original molded shape is restored by heating to a temperature equal to or greater than the glass transition temperature and less than the melting temperature or decomposition temperature.
