Provided is a filament winding device configured so that, during the affixation of fiber bundles to a mandrel in the axial direction of the mandrel, the fiber bundles are more stably oriented. This filament winding device is provided with: a support unit capable of supporting a mandrel M on which a plurality of fiber bundles F impregnated with a resin are wound, the support unit being movable in the axial direction of the mandrel M; and a helical unit having a plurality of fiber bundle guide sections 50 which are arranged radially in the circumferential direction of the mandrel M and which guide the corresponding plurality of fiber bundles F to the mandrel M, the helical unit supplying the plurality of fiber bundles F to the mandrel M through the plurality of fiber bundle guide sections 50. Each of the fiber bundle guide sections 50 has a pressing roller 54 for pressing a fiber bundle F which is being supplied to the mandrel M, against the peripheral surface of the mandrel M which is moving in the axial direction. The pressing roller 54 can come into contact with the peripheral surface of the mandrel M and be rotationally driven about a roller axis extending in a roller axis direction perpendicular to the axial direction.
