Abstract:
The present invention provides a file display method and system. The method comprises the following steps: a terminal carries out local resolution to a target file to obtain a file picture, and sends the file picture to a server, or directly sends the target file to the server; the server resolves the file to obtain the file picture, and generates, on the basis of the file picture, a webpage and a web link corresponding thereto; the server returns the web link to the terminal, and the terminal displays the webpage when obtaining a webpage displaying instruction. Since the target file is converted into a webpage and a web link corresponding thereto is generated, the terminal only needs to be provided with a browser to realize browsing the webpage corresponding to the target file, and does not need to store the target file or install a reader corresponding to the target file type. Therefore, the display efficiency can be improved.
