A file encryption transmission method and apparatus. Said method comprises: acquiring a set of files to be transmitted; for file information of each file in the set of files to be transmitted, generating a key string by using a first preset algorithm; by using the key string, compressing and encrypting the set of files to be transmitted, to obtain encrypted files; encrypting the key string by using a prefabricated encryption machine, to generate a password string; transmitting, to a destination end, the encrypted files, the password string and information files by means of a network; and the destination end executing a decryption step on the basis of the password string and the encrypted files, acquiring the decrypted files, and performing integrity check on the decrypted files on the basis of the file information. The file encryption transmission method of the present invention greatly improves the controllability of an autonomous encryption algorithm, the utilization of resources of confidential machines, the security of file transmission by means of a network, and the efficiency of file transmission, makes full use of hardware resources, and reduces time costs.
