Abstract:
Provided is a file information collection system, etc., capable of determining log files suitable for failure analysis and of generating a list of names of the files such as when an alert occurs in any one of servers belonging to a currently operated system. An information obtaining means 81 obtains, from the server, process ID, etc., of each process represented by a tree structure indicating a parent-child relationship among processes including a specified process. A list creating means 82 selects a file, the attribute of which is writable or readable/writable and the name of which satisfies a prescribed condition, and creates, for the selected file, a list of records including the file name, identification information of the server from which the file has been outputted, etc. The information obtaining means 81 specifies a process currently being called by the specified process or a process that is a calling source of the specified process.
