Provided are a file interaction method and system, and a terminal device and a medium, wherein same are applicable to the field of information processing. The method comprises: a client terminal receiving request information input by a user, and sending the request information to a server, wherein the request information comprises a channel ID and a request type; the server receiving the request information, and determining whether a target file, corresponding to the request information and set according to a pre-set file template, exists; if the target file exists, sending the target file to the client terminal; the client terminal receiving and displaying the target file, receiving user information input by the user and corresponding to the target file, and sending the user information to the server, wherein the user information comprises a project content corresponding to a project ID; and the server receiving the user information, and storing the user information in a file information list. The solution can implement analysis processing on target files corresponding to different channel IDs, and the process of analysis processing is simple and convenient.
