Abstract:
The present invention provides a system that makes it possible to properly share a scanner with a simple procedure. Provided is a data file providing method including a step of uploading, by a scanner, a data file generated by a scanning process to a file relay device on the Internet; a step of storing, by the file relay device, the uploaded data file in a temporary storage location; a step of displaying, by the scanner, information indicating a uniform resource locator (URL) of the temporary storage location; and a step of returning, by the file relay device, the data file stored in the temporary storage location in response to web access based on the URL.
