Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a file transmission method, a file reception method and a related terminal. The transmission method comprises: a first terminal acquiring, by means of scanning in a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) broadcast channel, a broadcast packet transmitted by at least one second terminal; the first terminal determining, according to the broadcast packet, at least one second terminal which can be discovered; the first terminal determining, from the at least one second terminal which can be discovered, a target terminal for receiving a file; the first terminal transmitting a connection request to the target terminal to establish a BLE connection with the target terminal; the first terminal transmitting, by means of a BLE data channel of the BLE connection, the connection parameter of a Wi-Fi direct connection to the target terminal; the first terminal receiving a request for establishing a Wi-Fi direct connection transmitted by the target terminal, and after receiving the request for establishing a Wi-Fi direct connection, shaking hands with the target terminal to establish the Wi-Fi direct connection, the request for establishing a Wi-Fi direct connection having been transmitted to the first terminal by the target terminal after the target terminal performs its own parameter configuration according to the connection parameter; the first terminal transmitting the file to the target terminal using the Wi-Fi direct connection established with the target terminal. The technical solution provided by the embodiment helps to quickly discover a discoverable second terminal.
