Abstract:
Provided is a filler blade deformation maintaining tool which includes contact surface parts that are in contact with and fixed to at least one of the front surface and the rear surface of a blade body for removing, using the blade tip, the excess amount of a filler that was applied to a repair site on an automobile body, and when a human force is applied in a state where the contact surface parts are fixed to the blade body, the contact surface parts deform together with the blade body, and even if the human force is eliminated, the deformed state is maintained which results in the blade tip being maintained in a desired shape. The contact surface parts are opposing and have a cross-section in the approximate shape of a U. The blade body is interposed between the opposing contact surface parts, and the contact surface parts contact both the front surface and rear surface of the blade body thereby sandwiching and holding the blade body.
