Abstract:
The present invention relates to a filler-extruding-type apparatus for forming rounded rice cake sticks comprising: a filler extrusion nozzle; a filler extruder; a cutter; a controller; and a monitor. The filler extrusion nozzle comprises: a hopper in which dough is stored; a screw or double-axis screw inserted in the conveying hollow portion; a server motor for generating rotational force at an extension of the screw or double-axis screw; and a nozzle opener/closer within the nozzle disposed at the side of the case and extending from a filler conveying tube. The filler extruder forcibly conveys the filler through the filler conveyer by driving the conveying pump of the filler hopper through actuation of the servo motor, and comprises a pressure sensor, a flow (speed) sensor, a temperature sensor, etc. installed in series. The cutter comprises a pressure sensor, distance sensor (capacitance, ultrasonic), etc. which are further installed at the starting point/feeding opening thereof at which the filler and rice cake dough are mixed. The cutter cuts the rounded rice cake which is extruded from the rounded rice cake forming apparatus and elongated up to the discharge opening. The controller communicates via PLC operation controls to control all forming processes including those above, and ensures that real-time production processes are correctly controlled.
