Abstract:
[Problem] To efficiently form a plurality of fillets from a to-be-cut object, the fillets having substantially the same shape and weight. [Solution] The present invention has: a to-be-cut-object-gripping mechanism for gripping, in a removable manner, the area of the to-be-cut object beneath the gills after measurement is concluded; a gripping mechanism drive means for turning the to-be-cut-object-gripping mechanism in order to rotate the to-be-cut object so that the tail side of the to-be-cut object is positioned first, and moving the to-be-cut object such that a prescribed cutting area of the to-be-cut object is positioned in a cutting position; a cutting mechanism, supported by a cutting block formed to be entirely swingable in order for a prescribed cutting angle to be set, and provided with a round cutter that can rotate or revolve so as to be able to move in the horizontal direction when the to-be-cut object is to be cut; a pair of pressing levers for pressing the vicinity of the to-be-cut area of the to-be-cut object from both sides during cutting; and a control means for calculating the area to be cut from the to-be-cut object and the angle at which the to-be-cut object is to be cut, and controlling driving of the drive means.
