Title:
FILLING ELEMENTS FOR SECURING EXPLOSION IN SHAFTS, CAVITIES, CASINGS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2006126162
Kind Code:
B1
Abstract:
The invention relates to filling elements for shafts, tanks, tank vehicles, containers and pipe lines, in order to deviate heat, and/or to increase cell-type distribution of the volume chamber ( Quenching ), in order to prevent and surpress and/or diffuse explosions, in addition to mechanically stabilising fluids or gas in containers, in addition to avoiding the splash sound of liquids. The filling elements are also used to protect the contents of the containers for example, cash dispensing machines, from gas-sabotage blasts, and to prevent and/or obstruct external blasts by means of explosives, and/or against welding blasts on cash-dispensing machines, armoured cash-points, money transporting vehicles and transport containers by high heatproof EXPLO-ZERO sandwich plate systems as dissipation and dynamic spacer layers. EXPLO-ZERO-filing elements are also used to secure shafts, combined with lateral wall covered, shaped, open-celled, synthetic foaming plates, in order to reduce the pressure in the event of ignitions.
